1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing crewsignalpopo.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Crewsignalpopo provides cabin design, construction, and delivery services in Finland. All projects are governed by individual contracts signed between the client and Crewsignalpopo.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are estimates. Final pricing is provided in a detailed quote after consultation and site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is structured as outlined in your individual project contract. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 40% at midpoint, and 30% upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Finnish law.

5. Project Timeline

We make every effort to meet agreed timelines. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or permit processing are communicated promptly and do not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Warranty

All cabins come with a warranty as specified in your contract (5 or 10 years depending on cabin tier). Warranty covers structural defects and material failures under normal use conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crewsignalpopo's liability is limited to the total contract value of your project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved through the Finnish court system or through arbitration in Helsinki.
